I want to help my blind friends use hotmail to read email, get attachments, and send it without them hating the email client. Does any one have ideas how this can be done?

Yahoo has an accessibility pages with several tutorials on how to use their email with a screen reader. You can search "Yahoo" on blindhow or go directly to their link at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/accessibility. Good luck!
